About Lehigh Valley, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The Lehigh Valley is a metro area that consists of several eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey counties – Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Warren. Often referred to as just “The Valley”, approximately 822,000 people live in the region. Allentown is the largest city, but other major communities are Bethlehem and Easton. The Lehigh Valley has received several notable recognitions, including a classification as one of the best performing regions of its size for economic development in the U.S. Fortune Magazine also named it as one of the top places in the country to locate information technology and finance operations.

Lehigh Valley is home to a variety of unique recreational opportunities that appeal to both visitors and residents. There are many ski resorts located here that attract tourists during the winter, including Blue Mountain Ski Area and Bear Creek Ski and Recreation Area. Pocono Raceway holds two NASCAR weekend races each year, the Dutch Springs is the largest SCUBA amusement park in the country. Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem also opened up in Bethlehem in 2009, and it is one of only 13 legal gaming sites in the entire state.

The Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania experiences four different and unique seasons throughout the year. The area is known for its hot and humid summers, with average daily highs reaching about 84 degrees Fahrenheit at the peak of the season. Several days each year see thermostat readings into the 90s, and to stay cool, residents rely on their central air conditioning systems.

Winters in the Lehigh Valley are cold and snowy with average daily highs in the mid-30s. Overnight lows fall into the teens, so driving conditions can become hazardous quickly when precipitation moves into the area. The right gas or electric furnace will keep interior conditions consistent while also protecting valuable pipes and plumbing system components.
