About Saucon Valley, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Saucon Valley is a small community comprised of Lower Saucon Township and Hellertown. Located in central eastern Pennsylvania, the Saucon Valley is surrounded by Lehigh Valley. The area was settled by Europeans in the 1700s and is known for its rolling hills and picturesque countryside. Saucon Valley is located about two miles south of Bethlehem and eight miles southeast of Allentown. Major cities like Philadelphia and New York City are also a quick drive away.

There are several great things to see or do in Saucon Valley. Golf is available at the Saucon Valley Country Club or the Silver Creek Country Club in Hellertown, and the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley are one of the region’s most popular shopping destinations. Many visitors like to make a stop at Hellertown’s Lost River Caverns in order to take an underground walking tour, while the Lost Tavern Brewery is one of the many nightlife options in the area.

When living in Saucon Valley, it is crucial that you are prepared for any weather conditions that Mother Nature throws your way. The summer months are humid and hot, with daily highs in July and August reaching upwards of 80 degrees. Heat waves are common throughout the season, so there are several days where thermostat readings surpass 90 degrees Fahrenheit. An energy efficient central air conditioner will keep indoor conditions comfortable even when the weather outside becomes unbearable.

In the winter, Saucon Valley weather conditions are considerably different. Conditions will cool down quickly, and there are many days where average highs don’t even reach the freezing point. A reliable gas or electric furnace is a necessity, but it is also important that you have your system regularly serviced by an HVAC professional. This way you can feel confident that your system will work when you need it.
